At Venllora, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are fulfilled through trusted global suppliers and logistics partners, our return and refund policy follows industry-standard dropshipping practices.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only for eligible cases.

Eligible return reasons include:

  • Damaged items upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received
  • Missing items from the order
  • Major manufacturing defects

To request a return or refund, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Minor color or size variations caused by screen settings
  • Delays caused by customs or carrier disruptions

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
